Qualification: B.Sc. (St. Xavier’s College), M.Sc. & Ph.D. (Jadavpur Univ.), CSIR-NET (All India), GATE (IIT), SLET (WB & Maharashtra)
Experience: Former Exam In-Charge, Calcutta University; UGC Professor, St. Xavier’s College; Red FM Best Teacher; Honored by the Vice-President of India
Fun Fact: The heart and soul of our team—where others see problems, he sees possibilities. Always finds the best solutions and truly cares for every student and team member—no problem is too tough. He can predict what’s coming and guides the team accordingly! He has a big heart - especially toward children, the elderly, animals, and anyone in need.
Mr. Anindya Das
Vice President (Business Expansion) | Chemistry Faculty
Always ready with a joke, a story, or a reason to smile. Strong Pillar of Achievers since the beginning.
Passionate about food, loves exploring new places, and happiest under a green forest canopy.

Dr. Sayan Roy Chowdhury
Vice President (Academics) | Chemistry Faculty
Keen observer with refined taste, dedicated, strong pillar and detail-oriented.
Spinach fan, antique collector, and a gifted artist with a trophy shelf to prove it.
Qualification: Ph.D., B.Tech & M.Tech (Chemical Engineering, Rajabazar Science College)
Experience: Gold Medalist, patent holder (clean water tech), and Govt. College faculty
Fun Fact: Loves to sketch and paint, and is always ready to stand by his team, no excuses—likes to call himself the backstage hero (he is too humble)!
Mr. Kironmoy Debnath
Executive Senior Manager
The planner, the storyteller, and the office’s memory keeper.
Once an avid traveler, keen photographer, and an animal lover.
Experience: 20+ years in engineering and administration, ex-employee at TATA
Fun Fact: Has a story for every city—ask him about his work trips or family vacations! Especially loves his pet dog Tommy and cat Pikachu.

Ms. Simantini Debnath
General Manager (Ops & Marketing) | Teaching Associate
Curious, ready-to-act, and the team's go-to for organizing everything!
Obsessed with Cats, Clouds, Christmas, and animated films.
Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry); Operations & Marketing Head
Experience: Balances teaching, marketing, and operations—keeps everything running smoothly and is happiest when organizing things just right.
